Father's Day?! what is it?

So it is Father's day today, the 16th of June 2013, celebrated every 2nd sunday of June.  But i guess the occasion is only relevant for those children and mom's maybe, who has a healthy relationship with their father and hubbies.  For as long as i can remember, i dont really have a father figure, i mean physically he's around, but i didnt feel his presence while growing up, when one normally needed such care.  Fathers has responsibilties physically and emotionally to their children while growing, the same attention  these Fathers will be needing from their kids when they grow old. Would it be wonderful to think that your children will take care of you when you can no longer take care of yourself? It's so easy to say that, it's your life, and that we're only your kids, that you dont care wether we'll going to take care of you when you're old, but who knows? Please love your children genuinely, yes we are thankful that you gave us our lives, but we didnt ask for it.
