The Way You Make Me Feel



Hello guys.  It's been awhile since i last write something here.  I have so much ideas but i dont know where to start.  Actually i feel so frustrated everytime i think about all the stuff i want to share cause i know one or another my ideas and opinions or what i think about certain things and situations might be helpful to others.  We pass in this journey only ones, and i always believe that each of us has our mission or contribution to our community.  To start with my little simple contribution to the society, i just wanna share my interest in keeping myself healthy.

First i wanna share myself so you will know that i am for real and i am just any other or most women out there.


I am not the typical workout girl out there. I eat whatever i want to eat, my husband and i bond with food speacially dinner and we like trying new food.  I love to cook and trying new recipes each time.  I also love to bake so that working out is my way of balancing things.  When  i say "i eat anything i want" most of the time natural food. I seldom eat junk foods and fast foods, i like to make my own by using fresh ingredients at home.  I seldom drink sodas... i can't explain how sad i am whenever i drink little bit of soda.  But it's very rare.  You don't have to give up some of your food favorites, but you have to move and use what you eat as fuel to your body.  I don't workout because i want to be sexy, i workout because I LOVE HOW I FEEL AFTER .  It's very rewarding and you'll have more energy to go on your day. Make working out as a lifestyle, then everything will just be easy.  Be inspired by people who are motivated to have a healthy lifestyle.  There's no easy way, there's no shortcuts.  Rushing things will lead to boredom and eventually giving up.  It's a continues process.  Let's be inspired with each other. Do not be a bully but a buddy.
